Weekly admin = invoices × minutes per invoice + orders × minutes per order + scheduling and inventory admin. Your recovery percentage applies to that total across all locations. Scheduling hours are included only for Pro; Basic estimates exclude them. Monthly figures use 52 ÷ 12 weeks; annual time value uses 52 weeks.
First-year payments assume immediate paid activation after the 14-day trial, uninterrupted monthly billing and today's prices: 12 monthly invoices fall within the first year, with no prorating of the last invoice. The trial allows one location and 50 scans total. Time value is a steady-state illustration, not a forecast of trial usage. Paid months, not trial days, count toward the promotion. The Basic founding offer requires an available place at email confirmation: CA$79/month for the first 3 paid months, then CA$129/month for the first location. New post-pilot offers cover one location: Orders CAD 19/month, Basic CAD 179/month and Pro CAD 299/month. Additional locations and annual billing need a separate agreed offer; no extra-location rate is implied by these prices. Existing multi-location and annual agreements retain their actual terms. New locations stay inactive until their payment is confirmed. Team accounts are included in Basic and Pro. Staff scheduling, availability and shift swaps are included in Pro and the 14-day Pro trial. Orders includes New Order, order history and supplier management. Other tools remain visible with a lock and the required Basic or Pro plan. Locked previews show clearly marked sample data, with no access to live inventory, recipes, team tools or their actions. Upgrade to the required plan to use those tools.
Orders includes no AI invoice scans. Basic includes 50 scans and Pro includes 150 scans per location per month. A scan covers one invoice of up to five pages; additional scan packs cost CAD 6 for 50 scans and can be purchased in billing. Extra scans require a purchase; they are never billed automatically. For documents over five pages, contact us before uploading. AI extraction should be reviewed for accuracy.
You can use orders, invoices, recipes and inventory without a connected POS. Sales-based analysis and theoretical ingredient usage depend on complete sales data and recipe mapping; without these, analytics are partial. We confirm compatibility before promising an integration. POS-provider or third-party connection fees are separate, if applicable.
No. You can configure your workspace yourself for free. Guided setup at CAD 499 and Complete onboarding at CAD 1,299 are optional, one-time packages for one location. We agree the scope and timing before work starts. Custom development, ongoing data entry and 24/7 support are not included.
